Winner Yachts is pleased to present the Winner 9 Speedlight.
Based on the reference in its class, the Winner 9, we have developed a fast and seaworthy sailing yacht that is ideal for sailing with a small crew or single-handed and thus meets the current regatta formats in Northern Europe.
At around 30 feet in length, the Speedlight combines a high-quality, comfortable interior with headroom with the sporty sailing characteristics and performance of a typical Winner.
The sails from Quantum and the deck fittings from Harken are optimized for easy handling by a small crew and have adopted all the features of the Winner 9, which was nominated for Yacht of the Year in 2014.
The brand essence includes not only the sailing characteristics and the usual skillful interior layout with the typical sea berths in the saloon, but also a fully-fledged chart table with seat in the direction of travel, an L-shaped galley with optional stove and a spacious bathroom on the companionway as well as aft and forward cabins.
The deck layout, which has been further optimized for a small crew, and the generously dimensioned upwind sail area of around 58sqm help to achieve pure speed but also fast sailing manoeuvres, tactical decisions and seaworthiness in category A. The Winner 9 Speedlight is exactly the right boat to sail in the top field - but at the same time, like all Winners, it also inspires as a fast, family-friendly cruising boat with its well-known solid and stable construction.
